use this form to help in planning your big day. Simply put a number in the box to the left of the tradition
indicating the order by which you would like the reception to proceed. If you do not wish to participate in a
particular tradition, place "NA" in the box. Then, just fill in the blanks to the right with the pertinent
information (who is involved and/or song and artist). When you're finished, click the "submit" button. You
will receive a copy of this completed form via e-mail.
